Peter Jackson, May He Rot in Hell

The Hobbit

That rat-fuck-pos sheepophile will burn slowly in hell for what he did to a wonderful little story.

Fuck the appendices and history. CHANGING KEY PLOT POINTS is a violation of any kind of literary license and his should be wrevoked. LOTR was an epic masterpiece and his treatment was phenomenal. RIP.

The Hobbit, which already has a wonderful subtitle, “There and Back Again”, was a wonderful little story, and the better of the two. Less is more kind of thing. What Peter Jackson did to this is a goddam crime for which he cannot be forgiven. No amount of genius prior to this can make up for the ill-treatment he has committed against the story. I hope a troll eats him.

The Reverend told me a guy said he couldn’t wait 2 years for the end. i didn’t know this was literal. nearly 3 hours was too long, but i figured the battles would last too long as always and i’d walk out with Smaug summarily dispatched to dragon hell.

i usually don’t wread wreviews because most of my favorite movie experiences are based on surprise. other times they’re so dead wrong.

brad pitt’s gangster show, “killing them softly” was panned. too bad. it was lumpy in the middle, not due to james gandolfini’s performance but because they let it go on too long. they coulda showed the scenes where he fights with a prostitute rather than explained it, and cut the dialogue where he complains about how he became a pathetic bloated windbag. other than that it was a wonderful and hilarious flick.

sorry for mixing the 2 shows in one bleat.

the part about how Bilbo found the ring was completely changed.
this rocked my world, in an earthquake kind of way. THAT'S NOT HOW HE FOUND IT!, I SAID TO THE SATURDAY MORNING DOZEN OR SO ASSEMBLED. some turned around and looked at me. fuck 'em.

Reminds me of when I watched the first Batman movie with Jack Nicholson. I wanted to scream, "The Joker didn't kill his parents!"
